Bob Liddycoat

Hello, I’m Bob Liddycoat. I have been in the music promotion, magazine and newspaper business for more than 30 years. Currently I’m writing for Blues Rock Review www.bluesrockreview.com, hosting a Rock’N Blues Interview Podcast and providing promotional work to a variety of productions and small businesses. All along the journey I have created some Blues/Rock photography.

I was formerly the media coordinator and event promoter for the Canal Bank Shuffle Blues Festival for 18 years.  I was fortunate enough to be named Promoter of the Year in 2018 by the Niagara Music Awards.

I wrote, published and was photographer for local newspapers (garnering journalism awards) as well as Pulse music magazine, and Centre Stage magazine.

I’m also a former event coordinator for the Alzheimer Society. One of my life mottos has alway been, “I can enjoy any job that has the right people connected with it.” I have been lucky enough to work with some of the best, brightest and most passionate people in Niagara.

Those connections have led to creating this service as well as establishing the network needed to make it a success.
